- 2-Dependants under the age of 18 must be single, childless, and substantially supported by the main applicant or of the spouse of the main applicant. The citizenship documents of these applicants must be signed by their parents or their legal guardians.
- 3-Attendance at an institution of higher learning is not mandatory for applicants aged 18 to 30.
- 4- It is not essential to provide a certificate degree, but if they are studying, it is necessary to provide a certificate of employment.
- 5-There is no age limit for the parents (grandparents) of the main applicant or of the spouse of the main applicant, as long as they are under the support of the main applicant or of the spouse of the main applicant.
- 6-Where one parent has sole custody of a child who is below the age of 18, or another person has legal guardianship of that child, the parent or person with custody or guardianship of the child has a duty to sign the application forms on the child’s behalf.
- 7-for adult disabled dependants who lack the capacity to sign the application forms by virtue of their disability, the person with the legal right to act on behalf of that dependant must sign the application forms on the dependant’s behalf. Appropriate legal documentation must also be provided to demonstrate that person’s right.

Dominica passport validity and renewal
